Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be exceptionally easy in case you have a cloud web hosting with us. You can activate the feature through our powerful, yet user-friendly Email Manager, which is part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll administer your shared hosting account. You’ll find all the mailboxes that you’ve created displayed alphabetically and to the right of each of them there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will instantaneously notify you whether a specific mailbox gets all the email messages associated with a given domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate the feature whenever you like. If there’s activated email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain name, you’ll receive a warning from our system. The latter will not disable/replace anything automatically and without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all functionality can be enabled with ease if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will see a small symbol conveniently situated directly next to each of them. With just a single click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choosing as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate this feature using the context menu that will surface. If any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will warn you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
